I was very excited on Friday when Ellie’s mum came to pick us up, Joe had told me how much fun he’d had when he went to visit Ellie’s house. We had to go food shopping first, I got to sit in the trolley and Ellie pushed me.When we got home we went out to play for a while until it was time for bed.
On Saturday we had to get up early as Ellie’s mum was working so Ellie and I were staying at her cousin’s house until lunchtime. We were meant to be going swimming but the lessons were cancelled so we went into town shopping for a very long time!! We got a McDonalds on the way home though which was very yummy!
Sunday was my favourite day, we were going to Ellie’s grandma & granda’s Ruby wedding meal. We got a limo to take us to the hotel, I was so excited! It was white and very big and had a lovely red carpet. We got to eat sweets & drink juice and there was a big telly for us to watch. We waved out the window to lots of people and got our photo taken. We went for our meal which was lovely and lots of fun as all Ellie’s cousins were there.We were so tired after our eventful day though.
On Monday it was the May Day holiday and we were looking after Ellie’s cousin.We went to the park to play and had a game of football, Ellie was very good and saved lots of goals. At night we went to bed early as we had school in the morning.
I can’t wait until I can come back and play at Ellie’s house.

You’ll have to tell me all about the ride in the limo when I get back into class, Ellie. It sounds as if you and Cuddles had a great time waving to everyone. It’s a pity she didn’t have her new clothes for her special night out.

My goodness Cuddles you are a lucky bear!! A bear who clearly likes to travel in style! Have you ever bean in a limo before Cuddles? Well i think Ellie certainly showed Cuddles a brilliant time when she came to stay…although i wish i had been able to have a ride in the limo too!
